4. No Coverage Bound or Changed Online

Coverage cannot be bound, added, changed, renewed, reinstated, or cancelled through this website, email, voicemail, or text message unless and until the Agency or the applicable insurer expressly confirms the requested action in writing.

Do not assume that submitting a form or message changes coverage. Policy declarations, endorsements, forms, exclusions, conditions, and other documents issued by the insurer control in the event of any inconsistency with this website or an informal communication.

5. Payments and Deadlines

Submitting payment information or requesting a payment does not by itself guarantee coverage, prevent cancellation, or satisfy an insurer's deadline. You remain responsible for confirming that the insurer received and applied payment and that coverage is active.

When you provide an email address or telephone number, you authorize us to respond through those channels and to send operational communications related to your inquiry, quote, appointment, application, policy service, billing, documents, or other requested services, subject to applicable law.

By providing a mobile number and opting in, you authorize Lester Mosley Agency LLC to send text messages concerning quote follow-up, appointments, policy service, billing or document reminders, and other Agency communications you requested.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing insurance or other services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your carrier's terms and privacy practices also apply.

8. Emergencies and Urgent Matters

Do not use the website, email, voicemail, or text messaging for emergencies, claims requiring immediate attention, imminent cancellation or payment deadlines, or urgent requests to add or change coverage. Call emergency services when appropriate and contact the applicable insurer directly using the contact information in your policy documents.
